Tell us what happened and we will reply by email. A person reads every message, usually the person who wrote the code you are asking about.
If your question is a general one, the questions on the front page may already answer it. Uninstalling, how much history you get, the size limit and what happens when somebody renames a field are all there.
You can also write to support@easyreporting.co.uk directly. This form goes to the same place.
What helps us answer quickly
- What you were trying to build, in your own words.
- What happened instead, and anything the app said on screen.
- Your Jira site address, so we can tell which installation it is.
Please leave out anything confidential. We cannot read your Jira data or your uploaded files, so a screenshot or a description is the only way we see what you are seeing, and whatever you send us sits in an ordinary email inbox.
